Golf Meeting TONIGHT @6pm


As the school year has ended, we want to take the time to give a BIG THANK YOU to those who help run our school efficiently. Today we thank our transportation department for keeping our kids safe to and from school and field trips!

All students MUST return their Chromebooks tomorrow morning (Thursday, May 18) or Friday morning (May 19). NO students may keep their Chromebook or charger over the summer.

CONGRATULATIONS to the Class of 2023 on their graduation last night! Diplomas may be picked up in the front office today, May 17, and tomorrow, May 18, during school hours.


Today, May 17, are semester exams for 3rd and 4th block. Tomorrow, May 18, will be semester exams for 1st and 2nd block. No students should report on Friday, May 19, unless they have a semester exam to make up.

The Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony will take place tonight, May 17, at 7:30pm in the gymnasium. Parking at the front of the school is reserved for OSHS staff members, guest speakers, and handicap parking. Everyone else must park in the back parking lot. The doors will open at 6:30pm. Congratulations to the class of 2023!


There will be a meeting for anyone (Boys and Girls) interested in playing golf next year next Tuesday, May 23, at 6:00 pm in Coach Headden's classroom.
Also, if those interested in playing would email him at mheadden@roaneschools.com, he will send them a link to join the Golf Google Classroom.

The Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony will be tomorrow (Tuesday, May 16) at 7:30pm. For those who are unable to attend, the Roane County Schools Facebook page will be hosting a live stream so be sure to tune in! Congratulations to our seniors!


OSHS would also like to highlight our school nurse, Mrs. Penny. We are so thankful for Mrs. Penny as she goes back and forth between OSHS and OSMS. Thank you, Nurse Penny, for all you do for our students! You are very appreciated!


DISTRICT CHAMPS...AGAIN! Congratulations to the Lady Cats on winning the District Championship. They will host Harriman at home on Monday at 7:00pm in Regional Tournament play. GO CATS!
